Do you know someone who should be recognized as a Peacemaker for their extraordinary commitment to peace in their community?

The YMCA of Greater Toronto is accepting nominations for the 2008 YMCA Peace Medallion. The award recognizes individuals who have shown a commitment to peace through personal contributions made within their community on a voluntary basis. Peace Medallions will be awarded in communities across the GTA during YMCA World Peace Week, November 15 to 22, 2008. > read more
