Membership Options
Markham YMCA Membership categories include:
Plus membership allows access to an Adult change room 22 years and over, as well as access to a steam room, whirlpool, towels, toiletries, lounge and court option.
Membership Assistance
The YMCA strives to serve all members of the community. Within our available resources and program capacity, every effort will be made to accommodate all who wish to participate in YMCA programs and services. No one is denied access to any YMCA program or service solely on an inability to pay the full fee.
YMCA Membership Assistance is available to those individuals and families that are unable to pay the full fee for a YMCA General Membership. Anyone interested in applying for Membership Assistance can be interviewed on-the-spot at any local YMCA centre.
To apply, bring in a completed Membership Assistance Application (PDF, 580KB) along with proof of your income and expenses. Your interview will be an in-person assessment of your financial situation and will be completely confidential.
