1. Select several alternative dates for your program or retreat
2. Check program and date availability by calling YMCA Camp Cedar Glen at (905) 859-9622
3. Work with our Program Staff to plan the details of your program or retreat
4. Complete your contract and send in your 25% deposit
5. Review the orientation package we send to find out what to bring
6. Call the camp two weeks before your program or retreat to confirm final numbers and provide us with information about your participants’ dietary restrictions or special needs
7. Please come to camp prepared to pay the remainder of your fee on arrival
