The Leaders-in-Training (LIT) program at Pine Crest offers a progressive series of sessions throughout the month focused on developing leadership, outtripping skills, and competency in all program areas on camp integral to the Pine Crest environment. The advanced 14 day outtrip is central to facilitating these skills.

Time spent in camp focuses around fun and challenging team activities such as group work, certification courses, and special events. Participants in this program are expected to meet the high expectations of being a camp role model for younger campers and peers at Pine Crest.
