1 . How do I register for your retreats and training courses?
Visit our registration page to book your retreat or training course today!
2 . What are your accommodations like?
Each room has one bunk bed and one single bed, allowing for triple accommodation. Linen is provided for adult groups. Each room is equipped with a three-piece bath including a sink, toilet, and shower.
3 . At what times are meals served?
Breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m. Lunch is served at 12:00 p.m. Dinner is served at 5:30 p.m
4 . What type of food do you serve?
All of our meals are pre-approved by a nutritionist, ensuring they are both healthy and delicious. In addition to following Canada’s Food Guide, we can accommodate participants with special diets (including those with allergies). We even have vegan meals available upon request.

5 . Do you have meeting room facilities?
Yes. We have six meeting rooms, which can accommodate 20 to 120 people
6 . Do you have breakout rooms?
Yes. We have three breakout rooms, which can accommodate up to 15 people each.
7 . Do you have telephones available?
Yes. We have one pay phone located in the sleeping area that can be used at night or when participants are not in program.
8 . Do you have audio visual equipment available for us to use?
Yes. You can use our television, VCR, DVD, overhead projectors, flipcharts, and LCD projector. Other equipment may also be available upon request.

9 . What’s included in the fee?
Overnight retreat fees include accommodation; three meals plus two snacks a day; and use of our meeting facilities and audio visual equipment. Daytime retreat fees include one meal plus two snacks; and use of our meeting facilities and audio visual equipment.
10 . Can we bring alcoholic beverages?
Your group may bring alcoholic beverages if you purchase a liquor license from the LCBO.
11 . Do you offer any day programs?
Yes. We offer day bookings for both conference and program groups.
12 . What if we can’t afford the program fees?
As a charity that serves all segments of our community, the YMCA of Greater Toronto provides financial assistance for all of our programs. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, members, community partners, corporate partners, volunteers, and staff, no one is denied access to a YMCA program simply because they cannot pay the full fee. If you would like to apply for financial assistance, please complete this application form.
