1. Contact your local YMCA Licensed Child Care Centre to arrange a tour
2. Find out if there is space available at your local Child Care Centre
3. Complete a Registration Package and discuss a start date with the Centre’s director
4. Return the completed Registration Package, along with the first month's registration fee

If there is no availability at the centre of your choice, complete a Wait List form and pay the applicable fee to place your child on a waiting list. If a space becomes available, this fee will be used as your registration fee and you can complete your Registration Package at that point.

To complete the Registration Package, please make sure you have the following information:

• Details about your child(ren) and family
• Your children’s doctor’s address and phone number
• Your children’s dentist’s address and phone number
• Your children’s health card number, record of immunization, and health history
• Any relevant custody information
• Pre-authorized payment (void cheque or credit card information)
