1. What is a YMCA Ontario Early Years Centre?
YMCA Ontario Early Years Centres are places where children, up to the age of six, and their parents and caregivers can take part in programs and activities together. Parents and caregivers can also get information about their children's development and about services to support that development.
2. Is there a fee for the services?
No. All services at YMCA Ontario Early Years Centres are free to parents and caregivers of young children.
3. Do you have services to help children with special needs?
Yes. YMCA Ontario Early Years Centres are designed to meet the needs of all parents with young children. Each Centre is linked to child and family health and social services in the community. Staff at the Centres can refer parents to other services as needed. The focus of the YMCA Ontario Early Years Centre is to help all parents give their young children the best start in life.
4. Where can I find a YMCA Ontario Early Years Centre in my community?
There are 105 Ontario Early Years Centres in Ontario offering services to parents, caregivers, and young children.  The YMCA works in nine of these centres.  Many of these Centres also offer satellite sites, ensuring you can access the services you need, no matter where you’re located.
