1. How do we join the YMCA?
If you would like to become a member & of the YMCA of Greater Toronto, there are tons of programs and services to choose from. In addition to our training programs, camp experiences, and volunteer opportunities, we have eight YMCA Health, Fitness & Recreation Centres across the Greater Toronto Area. To participate in our programs, visit your local YMCA or call us at (416) 928-9622 for more information.

5. Which YMCA Licensed Child Care Centre is closest to me?
The YMCA offers Licensed Child Care out of over 200 locations across the Greater Toronto Area. Search for your local Child Care Centre now.
6. How much does child care cost?
YMCA Child Care fees vary depending on the age of your children, the program you select, and the location you wish to attend. Once you choose the child care program that interests you, contact us with any questions you have about applicable fees.
7. What happens if I can’t afford the child care fees?
As a charity that serves all segments of our community, the YMCA of Greater Toronto provides financial assistance for all of our programs. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, members, community partners, corporate partners, volunteers, and staff, no one is denied access to a YMCA program simply because they cannot pay the full fee. If you would like to apply for financial assistance, please let the YMCA know when you call to ask about our programs or at the time of registration. Together, we can provide all our members with opportunities for personal growth, community involvement, and leadership.
8. How can we register for summer camp?
Registering for a camp experience is easy! First, choose the camp program that interests you. Next, take a look at the registration information available on this Web site. Alternatively, feel free to call our YMCA Contact Centre at (416) 928-9622 or 1-800-223-8024 or simply fax your completed registration form to (416) 928-2030.
