The Mississauga YMCA has been serving the growing community of Mississauga since 1989. With 270 volunteers and a team of full- 
and part-time staff, today we serve a member base of approximately 11,000 people.
Drop by to take a tour of our facility. Learn more about our membership categories and financial assistance programs. Take a virtual tour of our Centre. Or just review user guidelines to learn more about the Mississauga YMCA. With hours of operation that run from 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on weekdays and 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekends, this is the perfect spot to strengthen your body, spirit, and mind.
Adults come to enjoy our cardio theatre, squash courts and huge array of group fitness classes. Young members play recreational sports in our gymnasium. Children learn how to swim or practice karate. With a growing program schedule, there’s sure to be a program for you!
