Eligibility: 16 to 30 years of age

Program Description: Youth Careers 2000 matches motivated and committed individuals to employers in their field of interest. Once accepted into the program, participants complete 3-weeks of life skills training program. The work experience provides an opportunity to enhance employability and occupational skills.

A YMCA professional pre-screens candidates to match qualified participants. Employers provide a mentoring environment.
