Targeted Wage Subsidy

This program is designed to connect individuals who are on EI or EI Reachback with employment. Job Developers work with employers and potential employees for a suitable match. Employers that are hiring Targeted Wage Subsidy candidates will receive between 40%– 60% subsidy of the wages for up to 6 months.
