YMCA of Greater Toronto - StaffWho We Are
The YMCA of Greater Toronto involves 1,245 full time and 1,662 part time staff who believe in our organization’s mission.  A committed Board of policy volunteers provide governance for the Association.

Our YMCA is the largest in North America, but we are a member of the local, provincial, national and international YMCA family. Our values and principles are shared by YMCAs across Canada.

Our Association is organized into five Core Program areas.  With 194 locations in the Greater Toronto Area, we offer diverse work environments including:

  • Newcomer Information Centres
  • Youth Shelters
  • Traditional administrative positions
