YMCA Strong Kids Run in the Park
YMCA of Greater Toronto
On Saturday, September 22 fifty runners helped make the Scarborough YMCA Run in the Park a huge success. Participants helped raised $4300 for the YMCA Strong Kids campaign and will help low income children, youth, adults and families in our community improve their lives through YMCA programs.

The 5km race took runners along Park Trail in Thompson Memorial Park and ended at the Scarborough YMCA. Twenty volunteers and spectators cheered on the runners and showed their support.

The kids 1km race was a huge success as well and every child went home proudly wearing a medal.

Thank you to all our runners and volunteers. Your support has made a difference in our community.
