Since 1984, the Metro Central YMCA has been delivering the very best in fitness and sports programming to individuals, couples, and families. Easily accessible by car or public transit, this is an ideal location to participate in a group fitness class, try out yoga or meditation, join a pilates class, or learn martial arts. A range of individual conditioning programs are also available for those trying to ease their arthritis or lose some weight.

Improve your laps or strengthen your swimming skills in our two six-lane, 25-meter swimming pools. With Aquafit classes, open swim times, family swim times, and a wide range of instructional programs, our pools are always a big attraction!
