At the North York YMCA, we understand that having someone by your side is fundamental to achieving your lifestyle goals.  Our wonderful team of volunteers, full- and part-time staff are waiting to help you!  Today we serve over 8,000 members.

Adults come to enjoy our conditioning room, squash courts, and huge array of group fitness classes.  Young members play recreational sports in our gymnasium.  Children learn how to swim or practice judo.  With our growing program schedule, there's sure to be a program for you!
