IMPACT Program
Eligibility:
  • 45 years of age and over
  • Working less than an average of 20 hours per week; and
  • Seeking full-time employment, or
  • In receipt of a notice of imminent lay-off, or
  • Must leave current occupation due to medical reasons
  • In the case of persons with disabilities who are unable to work full time, are actively seeking increased employment. 
Program Description: IMPACT is developed to serve adults only and help them find their way back into the work force.  We offer:
  • Individual Coaching
  • Dynamic workshops with ongoing coaching
  • Enhanced Job Search Management System
  • Job Development
  • Action plan and follow-up
