There is no doubt that exercising is a great way to strengthen your body and become more physically healthy. However, at the YMCA of Greater Toronto, we also believe fitness provides an ideal way to strengthen your spirit and your mind. Certainly, many YMCA members have improved their health after joining a YMCA Health, Fitness & Recreation Centre.
