PineCrest Update– August 10, 2006 4:55 p.m.

Hydro poles, lines and power have been restored at YMCA Camp PineCrest. The water and septic systems are operating. We are anticipating the final Health Inspection will occur on Monday August 14th, 2006. PineCrest staff will complete the final clean up of brush and debris, to ensure the camp is ready for Sunday August 20th drop off.
Campers from session C will begin returning to site in the afternoon on the 14th, providing Health Inspection is positive. The campers will be housed in the girls section; this section of the camp was untouched.
We are asking families to refrain from dropping into the site as the loggers are still removing trees and brush using large machinery.
Refunds are being issued to families affected by this cancelled session. We appreciate your support and patience.
