Sixty-eight YMCA staff took a 2 day trip to YMCA Camp Cedar Glen. Hooked on the YMCA is a conference designed for the professional growth and development of front-line service delivery staff. Interactive workshops, group work, networking and social activity help participants gain a greater understanding of our YMCA, its mission, vision, and values.

The conference program focused on understanding the role of a charity, telling our members’ stories, member involvement and networking with other YMCA of Greater Toronto staff.

Each of the 68 delegates waded through drizzle and fog, food, and fun and learned about each other’s programs. Even within our staff body there was surprise at the extensiveness of our YMCA’s commitment to the community.
