Congratulations go out to Janice King, Specialist Youth Outreach in our North York Employment Resource Centre who is this year recipient of the  Henry Labatte Scholarship Fund.

Janice’s application expressed her desire to engage in understanding youth outreach.  Her interest extended to our latest partnership, YMCA Ghana.

Janice will study youth engagement, prevention, health promotion and education programs as they apply to the growing issues of HIV AIDS, feminism, and youth employment. 

The selection committee thanks all applicants all for making their job both difficult and uplifting.  They would have loved to approve all submissions.
