YMCA Employment Services help people find meaningful work and venture to make new connections within our community. For over 50 years the YMCA of Greater Toronto has been helping people reach their career objectives.

Today, the YMCA of Greater Toronto operates 14 employment resource centres across the Greater Toronto Area. Our centres run 22 different employment programs to help youth, adults and newcomers find work.

Free employment programs, monthly workshops and personalized support are just some of the ways the YMCA helps job seekers. Job Training, Career Planning and help starting a new business are also available through YMCA Employment Services.

Developing partnerships with employers is another cornerstone of YMCA Employment Services. Each year the YMCA of Greater Toronto helps over 5,000 employers find the qualified employees they need.

In October 2007, employer recognition events will acknowledge the affect businesses and individuals make in jobseekers lives and our community.
