The YMCA of Greater Toronto partnered with the YMCA of Mexico City, Mallorca Branch in 1998.

2005: The YMCA of Greater Toronto hosted the delegates from the Mexico YMCA after the YMCA International Conference in Montreal
2004: The YMCA of Greater Toronto hosted a partnership visit by a group of staff from the Mexico YMCA, Mallorca Branch. The visit promoted the exchange of culture, ideas and information.
1999: Volunteers and staff from the YMCA of Mexico City, Mallorca Branch were hosted by Metro-Central YMCA for one week as part of World Peace Week celebrations.
1999: Representatives of Metro-Central YMCA were hosted by the YMCA of Mexico City, Mallorca Branch to establish a partnership agreement.
1998: The YMCA of Greater Toronto hosted the National General Secretary from the YMCA of Mexico City at the YMCA International Conference held in Toronto.
