Online Registration:
1. Have your Login ID, PIN and a valid credit card (we accept American Express, MasterCard and VISA)
2. Visit YMCA eConnect
3. Sign In by selecting My Account and entering your Login ID and PIN
4. Select the camp program you are interested in
5. Add it to your basket and process the transaction

Full payment at the time of registration is required after June 2, 2008. Confirmations of registration will be mailed upon registration and may take 2-3 weeks to process.
Cancellations & Refunds
Requests for refunds of paid fees must be made in writing and submitted to the YMCA Contact Centre. Refunds received 28 days or more in advance of the start of the selected day camp session will be granted minus an administration fee of 10% of the total fee or $25.00, whichever is greater. Refund requests received with less than 28 days notice are subject to an administration fee of 50% of the total fee. Any other refund requests are considered on an individual basis by the YMCA Manager. Refund requests received after September 15, 2008 will not be granted. Refunds take approximately 4-6 weeks to process.
Please note that programs, extended day camp sites, and bus stops can be cancelled at the discretion of the YMCA due to low enrolment. A full refund will be issued in this case.
