1 . Hours of operation
YMCA Camp Cedar Glen is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office opens at 8:30 a.m. and is closed Saturday and Sunday. Check in is at 2:00 p.m. Check out is at 11:00 a.m.
2 . Parking
Visitors to YMCA Camp Cedar Glen can park near the Lawson Auditorium. Delivery vehicles can park at the Main Lodge. Vehicles are not permitted in pathways, roadways, or in the valley.
3 . Meals
Meals at YMCA Camp Cedar Glen are served buffet-style at the following times:

Breakfast 8:00 a.m.
Lunch 12:00 p.m.
Dinner 5:30 p.m.  

Please take only one portion of food per meal

4 . Smoking and alcohol
Smoking is not permitted at our site. If necessary, smoking times can be scheduled in a designated smoking area.

Alcohol cannot be consumed at YMCA Camp Cedar Glen.

5 . Audio visual equipment
You can borrow our audio visual equipment during your stay. If it is damaged, you will be charged an additional fee. You may also be charged for the use of our computers, phones, or photocopier.
6 . Off-limit areas
Unless part of programming, participants need a visitor’s pass to walk though camp grounds.  Rope courses, climbing walls, and waterfront areas can only be used in the presence of camp staff.
7 . Cancellation policies
A 25% deposit is required to reserve your booking at YMCA Camp Cedar Glen. The remainder of your fee is due on arrival. If you cancel your stay with less than 20 business days’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
8 . General policies
Pets are not permitted in any building or on the camp grounds.

Housekeeping staff may enter your room to clean the washroom and empty the trash. They will not make beds or change your linens. If your room is damaged during your stay, you may be charged an additional fee.

YMCA Camps are not responsible for lost or stolen property or damages to vehicles and their contents.

For your safety, please wear shoes at all times.
