Booking your Outdoor Centre program is easy! Simply follow these eight steps:
- Select several alternative dates for your program or retreat.
- Check program and date availability by calling the camp at 905-859-9622 ext. 233 or email us at camp.pinecrest@ymcagta.org.
- Work with our Outdoor Centre Director to plan the details of your program or visit. Possibly arrange a meeting to go over the specific needs of your program.
- Complete your contract and send in your 25% deposit.
- Review the orientation package we send to find out what to bring.
- If needed, arrange an information night that will be put on by our Outdoor Centre staff to inform participants what we are all about.
- Two weeks before your program or visit, confirm final numbers and provide us with information about your participants’ dietary restrictions or special needs.
- Please come to camp prepared to pay the remainder of your fee on arrival.
