First opened in 1999, the Durham Family YMCA is a beautiful 60,000 square foot facility where you can work out and play on your own, with friends, and with family. Our facility offers a range of group fitness and personal training options sure to meet all your fitness goals. Join a basketball, volleyball or badminton team. Drop in for yoga, Aquafit, step classes, and Boxfit. Get a personal fitness assessment and training program.
This wheelchair-friendly location features Child Minding services, a Licensed Child Care Centre, and a café where you can relax after your workout.
