Since opening its doors in November 1999, the Durham Family YMCA now serves over 6,500 members across the Durham region. With 150 active volunteers, 12 full-time staff members, and 55 part-timers, our facility has become a vibrant part of our dynamic and growing community.
Drop by to take a tour of our facility, learn more about our membership categories and financial assistance programs, take a virtual tour of our Centre or just check out our amazing program schedule that continues to grow. In fact, over 800 children in our community are registered in our swimming lessons and hundreds participate in recreational games amd activities each week.
Our user guidelines give you an idea of what we have to offer. We provide 144 parking spaces and are open from 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. weekdays and 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekends. This is the perfect spot to strengthen your body, spirit, and mind.
