At the YMCA of Greater Toronto, we understand how difficult it can sometimes be to get yourself out of a challenging situation. That’s why we’re here to help. We offer confidential and non-judgmental one-to-one counselling to help you overcome whatever problems you face.

If you are between the ages of 16 and 24 and are struggling with a substance abuse addiction – or know someone who is – please contact us . Even if you’re not sure if counselling is right for you, you can still speak to your local Youth Outreach Worker to find out. And, don’t worry – all of our services are free.
